I was eager to start my CIPD studies to progress as a HR professional so this was the perfect opportunity. I’ve absolutely upskilled my HR knowledge, from Employee Relations through to Learning and Development. I’ve advanced my written and verbal communication skills and feel confident having discussions about different topics. I’ve developed my investigatory skills and have found a multitude of sources to gather research and upskill myself through further self-development. I would definitely endorse the CIPD course at Uxbridge College to others, it is an excellent way of developing theoretical knowledge whilst putting it into practice in a role.
