Distinction Hair and Beauty Salons

We have a self-contained hair and beauty complex with a wide range of products, fully-supervised students and professional staff.

The salons are based at Uxbridge College Hayes Campus and offer a range of treatments.

Salon facilities and staff

Distinction Hair Salons only offers high quality Wella professional colouring products and all staff are expert Wella colour trained.

Come on in and try one of our range of permanent, semi-permanent or temporary hair colours to enhance and boost your desired look. 

Distinction Beauty Salons use Dermalogica products and staff are all Dermalogica trained and endorsed.

As part of our high quality salon facilities we have an Alma Soprano Titanium hair removal system that offers improved pain-free treatments that are now also much faster due to its large 4 cm applicator and advanced cooling system. See an example of the system being used by our students in the photo.

We also offer courses in laser and Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) treatments which are designed for beauty professionals looking to deepen their knowledge and 
enhance their skills to become proficient in offering these treatments. Click here for full-time and part-time courses.

Prices for some treatments will vary according to the training level of the students carrying them out.
