    Standard: £22.50 per hour / £20 for regular hire / £30 per weekend hour

    Double: £28 per hour / £25 for regular hire / 35 per weekend hour

    Classrooms are available for hire at both campuses. Classrooms have a standard projector and offer media streaming. Please ask us if you would like a classroom with an Interactive projector. Wi-Fi access is included.

  • Meeting Rooms

    Standard: £28 per hour / £25 for regular hire / £35 per weekend hour

    Double: £32.50 per hour / £30 for regular hire / £40 per weekend hour

    Our two meeting rooms are available at Uxbridge Campus. They adjoin each other and can open up into a larger space for training or conferences. Both have interactive boards.

  • IT Suites

    £40 per hour / £35 for regular hire / £45 per weekend hour

    We have a wide range of computer rooms including Mac suites at both Uxbridge and Hayes campuses

  • Dance Studios

    £30 per hour / £25 for regular hire / £40 per weekend hour

    The two large mirrored studios located at Hayes are ideal for dance and fitness classes

  • Sports Hall

    £45 per hour / £35 for regular hire / £70 per weekend hour

    Badminton courts, indoor cricket nets, basketball court, volleyball, 5-a-side football and netball courts.

  • Multi-use games area

    £30 per hour / £25 for regular hire / £50 per weekend hour

    Outdoor space ideal for Netball or Basketball

  • Five-a-side pitch

    £30 per hour / £25 for regular use / £50 per weekend hour

    Outdoor space for 5-a-side football

  • Theatre

    £60 per hour / £55 for regular hire / £80 per weekend hour

    Room for up to 100 seats (theatre style). Ideal for acting or dancing performances

  • West Wing Hall

    £55 per hour / £50 for regular hire / £80 per weekend hour

    Ideal for exhibitions and conferences

  • Lifestyles Kitchen

    £40 per hour / £35 for regular use / £50

    Large spacious kitchens ideal for providing cooking courses.

  • Lifestyles Restaurant

    £35.00 per hour / £30.00 for regular hire / £45.00 per weekend hour

  • Hair/Beauty Therapy studio

    £35.00 per hour / £30.00 for regular use / £45.00 per weekend hour

    We have a number of studios ideal for training in hair and beauty treatments

  • AV Technician

    £30.00 per hour / £30.00  for regular hire / £40.00 per weekend hour

    Skilled audio visual and presentation technicians can assist you.

  • Car Park (per space, per day)

    £5 per day. Enquire for long-term booking.
