Our college community is deeply saddened by the loss of our valued student 17-year-old Samuel Oluwagbenga, who tragically passed away on Tuesday, July 2 2024, during an end-of-term trip.
We are committed to continuing to support Samuel’s family during this difficult time and were honoured to join them in celebrating his life at a College memorial event.
This gathering brought together his family and friends in a shared expression of grief. During the service, we unveiled Samuel’s Friendship Bench, and students signed a football shirt in his memory. A commemorative book was also made available for sharing memories.
This heartbreaking event has profoundly impacted us all.
