The best thing about Uxbridge College is their kind and supportive staff. They are always there to help me, be it with extra support lessons or spending extra time to help me understand. The overall environment at the College is very good. The engineering workshops are well-equipped and I can work safely in them. There is always someone to help and guide you through your course here.
Engineering
Engineering is taught using a wide range of equipment and software to ensure the student is immersed in the technology which will become familiar when they move on into employment.
Our Engineering courses are provided at the college and our West London Institute of Technology on the same campus.
We cover both mechanical and electrical engineering – with further education and higher education courses and progression to universities, with which we have close ties.

- Fully-equipped electrical labs including a spectrum analyser, digital storage oscilloscopes, process control and PCB manufacturing
- Modern mechanical engineering workshops with kit including milling machines, TIG welding, gas turbine engine and a wind tunnel
