Who is the course for?
This qualification is for those interested in a career in hairdressing. If you pursue a diploma in Hairdressing, you'll learn the skills to succeed in your area - for example, women's hairdressing, barbering or colouring.
The diploma covers a wide range of skills from shampooing, styling and dressing to cutting in Women's and Men's hair.
You learn within HRUC through practical sessions, group discussions or assignments. You'll have access to a realistic hairdressing environment where you'll practise and demonstrate your skills.
You will be assessed by your tutors by using assignments, practical hairdressing tasks and online tests.
To achieve the diploma, you will complete a number of core and optional units. -
