This two year course will offer the following:

  • Build confidence by leading group fitness classes.

    In year 2 you will go on to learn how to:
  • Tailor training for older adults, teenagers, and clients with unique needs
  • Create, deliver, and review personalised training plans
  • Integrate nutrition and hydration strategies into fitness routines
  • Manage and market your own fitness business effectively.

    This course will provide clear timelines and milestones to keep you on track, plus combine classroom lessons with practical, real-world experience. You will gain the technical, practical, and business skills needed to excel in the fitness industry. Learners will also be given the chance to apply their knowledge and skills by taking on work placements in the College gym. This will also give learners the benefit of free gym access.
  • Entry requirements

    5 GCSEs (grade C/4 or above), including English and/or Maths, or progression from a suitable Level 2.
