New CIPD qualifications are being introduced in 2021. Based on the new Profession Map, the qualifications focus on the knowledge and behaviours required to create value and make an impact in the changing world of work. The new qualifications set the standard for people professionals.

Entry requirements
Candidates should ideally have the Level 3 CIPD qualification and around 2+ years of experience working within a HR support-based role. Candidates should be in, or looking to enter into an HR Advisor or Partner role.

People looking to progress their HR careers to move into more advisory or managerial positions.
Applicants should be aged 19+ as fees are payable. -
Study methods
Classes comprise of case studies, project work and drawing upon professional HR experience.
