London-wide and local audiences, the Mayor of Hillingdon, and school groups have been among those enjoying performances by Uxbridge College’s creative arts students.

As part of their studies, dancers, actors and musicians have taken part in a range of events around west London to entertain, educate and raise money for charity.

These have included a programme of performances at primary and secondary schools in Hillingdon, Ealing, Hounslow and Hertfordshire. Students also danced at the UK’s biggest dance event, Move It, held at ExCel London, and took part in a Murder Mystery night at Revisco training restaurant on our Hayes campus in aid of charities chosen by the Mayor of Hillingdon, His Worshipful the Mayor Cllr George Cooper. The Mayor’s charities include The Royal Brompton and Harefield NHS Foundation Trust and other charities on the theme of a healthy and happy Hillingdon. Dancers also took part in Good Deed Day, held in Uxbridge town centre in partnership with Brunel University London and other partners.

Performing arts students completing their qualifications at Uxbridge College go on to a range of careers and further study, including securing places at top universities and prestigious drama schools such as Central School of Speech and Drama and Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts.
